Melvin himself was great. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Not so much the dealership itself. I have had multiple unnecessary issues on numerous occasions. For example, being told over the phone something would only take 15 min and in reality it takes over an hour. Being told an incentive is still going on over the phone then being told the very next day in person that incentive "ended when we started getting new vehicles in stock."
