Ina was amazing from start to finish. She found out what we wanted (model & price) and got us setup. She was really sweet and easy to work with. I highly recommend working with Ina if your in search of a new or used car! We will come back to Town East Ford when we are needing to make another purchase. Completing our paperwork was quick and easy with Craig. He was very knowledgeable and great to get to know.

Raul at Town East Ford spent time on the phone with me twice, answering questions about 3 different cars I was interested in. Between those calls, his manager called to follow up as well. Both, very friendly! An appointment set for later that evening. My wife and I drove an hour to meet them where the staff stayed late helping us get through the paperwork process.
