I have always trusted my 2011 Ford Edge with Ford Service since day one. I moved to Mesquite TX so I started to use Town East Ford. I had one service appointment with an issue but they went above and beyond to take care of it, even after a considerable amount of time had passed. This spoke to me about their honesty and integrity. Most other service departments would have ignored me, but they didn’t. So I will continue to use them and recommend them to all of my friends and family. Thank you, Town East Ford Service!

From the moment I walked into the show room I was treated with courtesy and respect. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Noel Santos helped me find a vehicle that met my needs and wants and worked with me to get the payment I could live with. He was patient, courteous, and very helpful. Jacob helped me with the paperwork and the warranty programs. He answered all my questions without hesitation and accommodated all of my needs.I could not recommend any of these people more highly!

We stopped by Town East Ford today to begin the process of purchasing a F250 for our family. We were quickly met with a very kind and non pushy salesman, Quinn.
