Excellent service from the time we arrived until delivery of my new vehicle. J Sanchez in service takes care of me every time. Absolute great experience! 90% of the process was completed online and when we arrived at the dealership everything went quick and painless. This was after we had a terrible experience with a different Ford Dealer during this buying process.

I have always trusted my 2011 Ford Edge with Ford Service since day one. I moved to Mesquite TX so I started to use Town East Ford. I had one service appointment with an issue but they went above and beyond to take care of it, even after a considerable amount of time had passed. This spoke to me about their honesty and integrity. From the moment I walked into the show room I was treated with courtesy and respect. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
