My service manager, Erica Reeves was absolutely outstanding. She kept me well informed throughout the initial repair process and advocated on my behalf when I I had to return the vehicle to address the issue a second time. Erica is likely the ONLY reason I would return to Town East Ford for a repair

Every time I’ve gone to the service center I’ve had an amazing experience. The service manager Krista is amazing and ensures that customers are well taken care of. She assisted me in securing a rental.

My personal opinion, the length of time my car was in service is crazy. Ford should have given me a car to use while services took almost a month. The communication between the customer and service advisor needs improvement. When questions are asked in chat, they should be answered promptly. Erica was very nice but I expected more.
The service was ok. I wasn’t given details about what was done. The wait time was as expected but the service person as not great.
Jim Artrip always goes way beyond to provide excellent customer service. When I schedule service of oil change always prompt to get vehicle in.
