Had previous issues at location and changed to Planet Ford. We had to get car towed and serviced since it was closer. Erica responded quickly and assisted us with the best customer service. Because of her I will give Town East Ford another try.

I’ve had my vehicle serviced here for the fifth time and it was much much faster this time out in 45 minutes. They did a good job, especially Jim Alldredge service advisor is very professional, courteous, and helpful.
The customer service was amazing! Every single employee was pleasant first thing in the morning!! I loved it. And the fact that the price was very close to the estimate was great.
