She explains everything she is doing and she's gentle. All of her staff know exactly what they are doing. The services I have had done are deep cleaning, extraction and I just started invisalign. Having always been afraid of the unknown when going to the Dentist (a person walks in the room face covered light on head immediately grabbing your chair saying their name and telling you they are going to lay you back as they are doing it. You have no say so in what takes place. (what are they putting in my mouth, how will it feel, why do I have to lay back, why is the room so small) a million questions come to mind creating a sense of chaos in my mind. I had a WONDERFUL experience at this establishment today. Meredith was my hygienist and she was awesome. As someone who hasn’t been to the dentist in several years due to the pandemic my teeth weren’t in amazing shape. Meredith was friendly, patient, and put my mind to ease. Thanks for a great visit!
Everyone was very nice, from the front desk, to the hygienists, to Dr. Cossar. They were all professional and efficient and made me very comfortable. My teeth look and feel amazing!
Towne Lake has been our family’s dentist for almost 9 years and we’ve never had a bad experience. They’re efficient, aware of your time, professional and caring. I highly recommend them!
