Dr. Shin and his staff treats me with respect, kindness and compassion. I had a great deal of work done on my last visit and both the Dr. and his assistant (I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name) made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I feel confident with their work. I have a much nicer smile since coming to this dental practice!

I hate waiting. With that in mind any place that sees me within 15 of my appointment time is a win for me. Very clean facility. Wiling to accommodate me for an earlier time slot.

Towngate Family dental has the most amazing front office staff when I called to schedule an appt they went above and beyond to answer all my questions. The assistants were very gentle and patient.

No complaint on Dental assistants or Oral hygiene personnel. My complaint is when office staff says they’re going to call you with some answers they never do
