Very nice place to live...Great staff and smooth process

Brianna gave a great tour. The show unit was super cute. The clubhouse was getting remodeled when we were there, but it looks like it will look great when it is done. Brianna said they will even have a coffee bar!

Loren was and is super helpful. Great person. I like Brookside but when I first moved in there were a decent amount of issues. There was supposed to have been carpet cleaning and general cleaning done before we moved in that is part of the redecoration fee ($250) which is paid by the previous renter so that the place is nice for the next person to move in. However, our carpets were not clean, and my bathroom was very unclean as well (seeing as there was throw up in my toilet when I first moved in). Also, Brookside adve... read more
