Toyota of Brookhaven was great. I worked with James. Everything he said to me turned out to be true and every he promised he did. He and the whole management team are very knowledgeable and friendly with strong customer service while willing to make a deal.

This dealership was the third location I visited when car shopping and was by far the best. Gavin’s sales approach is genuine and authentic which goes a long way. I would recommend talking to Gavin first when buying a car and not waste your time anywhere else like I did. They offered me the most for my trade in and made the transaction quick and easy.

Great place to get your new vehicle,this is my second time buying from them,even as it's 70 miles from where I live,they make it worth the drive,here is a picture of my first Camry, just waiting to take delivery of my 2025 Camry.

We had an issue with the brake system on our 2013 Prius. The service department did an excellent job both on the repairs and our customer service. We were especially impressed with Payton who ran the service desk. He was able to troubleshoot part of the issue and resolve it in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this service department.

Great experience! I drove from out of town to make my purchase. 1.5hrs, I had an appointment that same day at lunch, and only had a small time window to getting everything done. They worked with me the evening before getting as much done over the phone and signing so that when I got there all I had to do was verify my satisfaction with the vehicle & sign a few in person documents, go over a few details & features, and get on the road.
