I enjoyed Fabio and the customer service I received when making the deal for the vehicle, however once I ended up in the finance department it was a half hour til I was seen, then a sales pitch last ditch effort for the extended warranty package. I said no. The financial manager left the office snd said he would be right back , which took 20 minutes. I sat ready to buy the vehicle.
