I appreciated that because we wanted Toyota to fix the car. It took a while to repair but it was worth the wait….looks great. He was professional, kind, and went above and beyond to communicate the status of my car being repaired. I felt informed and attended to throughout the whole process. I would recommend him to anyone, and I appreciated him making a process that could have been a headache an absolute pleasure.
