Exceptional service ! I drive from Miami to service my car here. Much better service than the Toyota dealerships in Miami. Everyone is so friendly and nice . Love that they wash my cor too!

Conny is wonderful salesperson! I am so very grateful to the staff at Deerfield Toyota. I bought my first car in 10 years there today. Conny made the transaction painless and there was no pressure. I wasn't sure I wanted to buy today and I came to the scission on my own while she was patient and the rest of the staff let me be. The finance team (Hector?) was phenomenal as well. Great service I had my car totaled while transported from NY to FL. Not knowing any mechanics in the area my car was sent to the dealership and I realize now I was lucky. My service rep Manny was honest, responsive, and very patient with all the claims that went through him. He helped make sure not only everything was taken care of in a timely manner but spoke with multiple representatives from my transport company, relocation company, the company I work for and insurance agents.
