Excellent experience. From beginning to end it was great experience. The staff here were welcoming and timely with the purchase I was looking for. Bonnie Shafer was an excellent sales consultant. She helped me through the entire process explaining all details and options very clearly and honestly. Great deal, great salesman, even great credit person! This is my second purchase from this dealer. My salesperson, Duane Crawford is such a nice guy. I hope he will be there at my next purchase. Love my new 2017 Toyota Camry SL What a pleasure it was purchasing my new leased car - almost as much fun as it is to drive it! Eduardo spent a lot of time stepping me through the paperwork, showing me the cars, helping me update my insurance policy, tutoring me on usage of the car's many bells and whistles and setting me up for blue tube usage of my phone, while driving. Good service and value I visited Deerfield Toyota due to the close proximity to my house. I spent time with a very pleasant And friendly gentleman who took me out to view various cars such as Camry and corollas. There was no pressure to buy a car that day. Just politely showed me the selection there and the benefits of each. I was attracted to the sporty looking Corolla SE. He let me drive the one I liked. Excellent Dealership Our experience at Deerfield Toyota was very informative, and very professional. We worked with Ernis Almonord, who was very pleasant, patient, and well trained in the various options on each car. We looked at Priuses, Rav4s, and Highlanders. Awesome Job!! Daniel and the sales team were wonderful. Amazing job! They found the truck I wanted, which was not easy. Daniel kept me up to date along the way. He did an awesome job. Without him, I would have go a truck somewhere else. Dwight in finance also did a great job! He explained everything and was very helpful. True assets to your company. I plan to write a personal letter thanking both of them.
