Easiest car buying expierience ever I was referred to Natalie by a friend, she was very helpful and knowledgeable, she was very transparent and honest throughout the process, in all the years that I have purchased vehicles this has been the easiest and most pleasant expierience I ever had. Would definitely recommend her to family and friends.
Repeat Performance This is the second time I have purchased a car from Duane Crawford and Angel Victory Russell. They made the experience easy, pleasant, and dare I say, fun! But I am a bottom line kind of woman and their numbers made bottom line sense. A great car from great people at a great price. Toyota of Deerfield Beach makes good. After a rough start Dominic, the internet sales manager made good. Worked things out on the financing and treated me like I expect to be treated. I'm thrilled with the car that I'm buying and it seems like the dealership overall does significantly care about its customers. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that this shouldn't have taken all this time and escalation to achieve the desired result. Do yourself a favor and go see Wes Premock I had been searching high and low for a used Highlander. I have purchased many used cars over the years and have learned all the tricks. I consider myself very educated when it come to purchasing a car and the salespeople pick up on it right away. In my opinion many car salespeople are so annoying. Stopping in I stopped by the dealership to briefly look at the 2016 Tundras. I was met promptly by Paul. I explained that I was just "stopping in" as I had a few minutes in my busy schedule. We took a quick test drive and had a great talk. I did not intend to purchase that day and was pleased that I was not pressured by sales. When it is time for me to purchase, I will return to Deerfield Toyota to speak with Paul.
