Same problem with parts to be ordered even before service. Call a few days ahead to make sure low cost part is in stock for foreign car repair (oil change). Says part was ordered and day of repairs nothing was ordered. Every time same expected response. Spoke with manager .. problem was solved immediately. Really loved how he handled my case very professional.. good results in the end. Thank you for a good ending... Due to manager response. Thank you Toyota..
