Friendly staff that works with you Service is friendly. The staff will sit down and work with you to stay within your budget. You won't feel rushed to buy a car, but they are persistent to help you find what you're looking for. The salesmen who helped me were personable, and they didn't play a long, drawn-out "game" with me. The prices are lower than most dealerships, but there is still a little bit of wiggle room to negotiate. Ask for the "Freddie Finance Experience."
