Experience was good overall triple My experience with Toyota of North Charlotte was positive accept for one small mistake that was made. Apparently they had 2 identical Rav 4s on their lot. Unfortunately the VIN number was not checked and we got the wrong car. Fortunately we had just drove off and weren’t far when they realized their mistake and called us back. Everything turned out well but maybe they should change their system so this does not happen again. All in all this is a very nice dealership and they treat you well.
