Always a great service experience with Toyota of Richardson. Brandon is just the best service advisor!
Toyota of Richardson is relatively fast and usually fixes the problems found. The staff is always nice. However because of being so busy they are sometimes difficult to get hold of.

We enjoyed our experience with your salesperson Patrick! However, we ended up purchasing the car we tried out to see if we would like the ride, because the car we thought we were receiving had been sold and no one contacted us about this error. We were told our car was ready, but it wasnt the car we purchased. However, we did like the first car and we did get a discount and amenities due to the error. Patrick and the dealership did apologize for the error!
