The service department did my yearly service. Beth Anne Rose has been my service advisor since I purchased my car at Toyota of Richardson in 2019. She always takes great care of me and is caring and considerate.

I am sure that the routing maintenance work was done well bur really have no way to know. I had several questions about the car as it was new and it was a struggle on my part to get the answers - had to keep contacting the dealership

Curt Mills walked me through exactly what is covered. I was very comfortable working with him. He speaks English without an accent. This was good for me as I have hearing issues and accents are difficult for me.
