From the time I entered the Toyota of Whittier I was greeted with friendliness. Also, the cashier, service advisors and the shuttle Mr. C were very professional. Look forward to coming back. God bless.
They had a tv, I watched some football. I loved the coffee machine too. Starbucks!! All in all it was a good experience.
Our Avalon is 5+ years old with 90,000+ miles. We had purchased an extended warranty. Recently discovered two problems--defective pulleys and an engine oil leak. Both problems were handled under warranty quickly and professionally by the service advisor without any hassle. We were also provided with a rental vehicle at no cost to us.
