Kim in accounting has done a great job with my questions in a timely and thorough manner - even during this every busy time of the month in her department
Although we we're / are thankful that the Landlord leased us the home. Our concerns are: We met the criteria which was published, yet we were charged 2 times the deposit amount and waited for what seemed as a precarious length of time and then was told about the double deposit. A somewhat more proactive approach between the leasor and potential leasee may help prevent this type delay and expense.
So far all of the people I have spoken with have been helpful and polite!
I had two rental properties that were managed by TR Lawing for more than 10 years. For all these years the management have been very professional.
