On the initial visit , everyone was etremely helpful and very informative. I like the flexibility of viewing a desired property online and being able to pick up a key on my own time, because I work crazy hours, just for a flat rate of $20.00 and knowing that it is refundable when the key is returned. They have great customer service. Communication can be a little better while waiting on approval, but all in all I highly recommend T.R. Lawing!
