I have worked with Thad Gantt a number of years both as property manager and now as my real estate agent. My property was owned at a distance and he met every question I asked with quick and sure response. He advised and guided me in selling and reassured me when I found the process daunting. He has been a long time in his field and his professionalism is outstanding. Five stars and a comet or two as well.
David Kennedy and the crew @ T.R. Lawing have been thorough all at times- going above and beyond when help has been needed. David drove across town through 5 0'clock rush hour traffic to deliver a mail box key when mine had snapped in half. Customer service is at the forefront of his daily transactions.
I have been worn TR Lawing for over four years, and had Thad Gantt as my property manager. Thad abs the entire TR Lawing are very professional and helpful. It would be easy for someone to assume that they will automatically take the owner's side on anything. However, I found that Thad considers the best interests of both the owner and the tenant. I have recently moved into another property managed by TR Lawing.
