Tracy and her team went an extra mile to get me my loan.
Communication was not great. I received emails asking me to upload documents but when I did, it was often either not the correct document or it wasn’t showing on the other end of the portal. I had the underwriter from hell who kept looking for reasons to disqualify me, including making up a previous employer (who I’ve never worked for, heard of, etc) and then asking me to prove I had never worked for said employer.
