Tracy is extremely hardworking, she does so much work behind the scenes for you to make the process as smooth as possible. She is very knowledgeable, and works hard to get the best she can for you. As a young adult, right out of college, with a very limited credit history, I got turned down by 3 different banks for a home loan. Tracy worked her magic and got me a pre-approval with no issues at all!!
