As first-time home buyers, we knew very little about home loans, but thanks to Tracy we left better educated and confident about the long term investment we were about to undertake. She was extremely patient with our questions and secured us a great loan rate. Even now, months after closing, Tracy still continues to promptly answer questions that arise.

She was a very insightfull, and helpful team on getting the right loan. Also getting a great rate at the time of the closing. Would work with them again on a future loan.

Tracy could not have been more helpful from start to finish with us. She offers thorough explinations and ensures every detail is taken care of. Buying a home can be a stressful time, but Tracy made it so easy. I was impressed with all the types of loans she has to offer. If you think you cannot buy, talk to Tracy; if anyone can make it happen it is her.

I called Tracy for a home loan and have never had a bank take so long to return phone calls (if she even gets around to it). Very unprofessional and will not even call back at an agreed upon time. Working with Tracy was a complete waste of my time! Would not recommend nor give her any business!

First off I'm writing this review from the home I purchased no thanks to her at all! To start we went to her and made an appointment to get a rual housing loan she said we weren't eligible because we each needed two tax returns from the same job that was all we needed.so we waited 6 more months to get them. we both had what we needed and contacted her back she said an appointment wasn't necessary this time that she had our info from our last visit and that she would get the pre approval letter ready well she blew us off her ... read more
