Tracy was amazing to work with! She answered her phone anytime I had a question about the loan process or mortgage rates. Tracy explained the entire process to me so I knew what to look for and helped me work through all of the contract language. She especially helped me monitor mortgage rates to get the lowest rate possible in my buying window. There entire buying process went smoother than expected.
