Friendly and courteous.
My experience was great. I truly appreciated being contacted to secure my unit when it was not properly locked. The staff was always nice and courteous. I received invoices each month after my automatic payment was paid.
Bonnie and Jennifer are a pleasure to work with. They are timely in their follow up and always willing to assist.

I arrived about 10 minutes before closing time. Jennifer was still willing to take the time to show me the unit I was interested in and to write up the paperwork for the rental. Nice facility, nice people. What more could you ask?!
