Once again, Bonnie and Tom, are the Best in class for storage management and help! Bonnie has been there over 10 years and knows every aspect of the facility and overall knowledge of indoor/outdoor storage. I rented an additional two indoor spaces after much market area research A+. Tom, get well soon!Â
Wow! The lady that works there will 'Bend Over Backwards' for you! I rent Penske Commercial trucks there all the time. When Penske screws up (Frequently) she makes sure it's made right and always makes the situation financially better so I keep coming back! I have been to many storage Facilities In my life because of my business. This place is #1 in my experience. I trust this place and the staff!!!Â
So,I had drama come up the day of my home sale and move and I came to Tracy Self Storage to get a unit. The folks there were SO,SO very helpful and literally saved my rear end when I had to rent two units and a moving truck in a pinch. I'm forever grateful for the assistance and service we received there. AAA+++++Â
Saw a larger unit, competitively priced. Brand new. Called first to secure it and then stopped by. All done in about 15 mins. Nice and easy.Â
I highly recommend Tracy self storage for a few reasons. First reason is that they are so close in proximity to my home. Secondly, and the most important. The service of the staff is always top tier. They give me confidence that my personal belongings are safe and well stored in their facility. The grounds at the facility are always clean and well kept. I'll keep storing here as long as I need their services. Thank you Tracy self storage!Â
