Tracy has made it possible for us to purchase our first home in San Diego and helped us refinance it twice. I've worked in the real estate industry for just about 30 years now and I've had dealings with hundreds of lenders, loan officers, banks, etc. I've used Tracy Trudeau and his team for every real estate transaction over the past 20 years or so. Each time I am truly amazed at his knowledge, professionalism, and simply his ability to find the best solutions to accomplish my needs. There is no one better.

I just closed a mortgage refinance which was handled by Tracy Trudeau and his extremely helpful/knowledgeable staff. It was all around the best mortgage experience I've had. They were attentive, helpful, always reachable when I had questions, and generally the entire process ran like a well oiled machine. Everyone is going to have unique circumstances that they might need help with during the refinance process and I am confident that Tracy and his staff will be able to help.
