Just curious when the broken equipment will be replaced. No word yet from your corporate email. You can not seriously charge people when only one side of a car gets washed. I did reach out to your corporate on the very email you provided and no response to providing a date at which time the car wash will be repaired. Your corporate email ignored my email? Time is fabulous I was unhappy with the vacuum cleaners, and that the back of my car was not clean on the outside… He ran in my car to the car wash again. Make sure the trunk and hatchback got cleaned brought me some clean towels because I wanted to clean my car myself. I know that sounds funny but it just felt good to be outside and he was so busy he is putting a great face on this car wash. I hope he is CEO next time I come in here.
Facility is modernized. Monthly fees are low, even with the ceramic wash, and TIMO delivered the white-glove treatment with hand drying and tire shine! 😍💯
Justin and his team did an amazing job on my car! The wash was thorough, and my car looked spotless inside and out. The staff was friendly, professional, and paid great attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!
Had another amazing experience yet again at Trademark Car Wash! Timo was friendly and enthusiastic as always and provided excellent service. My car was super dirty from the snow we’ve been having and now it is spotless! The free vacuums are always a huge bonus as well for all of the dirt that tends to accumulate in my car.
