Broke my mirror on my Ram 2500, they said they would fix but they haven’t resolved the issue, already ordered and installed a new mirror myself. Car wash is very rough, I know it’s a touch wash but there was still dirty residue on my truck which I clean weekly and is ceramic coated so should’ve been cleaned easily. Great wash and services. More importantly Timo is the backbone of this place. This man goes out of his way to help everyone. Literally a lady got locked out of her car and he came over with some tools and we were able to get her door open. After that I had completely forgot my car running and the battery died. Timo brought his truck over to give me a jump. You cant make this up. Great customer service!

If you’re wanting your car to come out clean, this isn’t where you want to go. The whole car was still filthy and you could see entire sections that were never touched at all. I like the vacuums and self detailing area, but if I have to spend the next 30 minutes cleaning the body, not worth it. Left and paid (again) at another car wash down the road where it came out spotless!
