The owner(s) of Trademark Car Wash has shown to be another greedy business owner. You have raised your prices while cutting back on the services. For once, do the right thing by your customers and they will do right by you. The way you have your car washes setup with the outrageous prices that's not cleaning the people vehicles. Many businesses used the pandemic as the reason for their raising cost. Well, the pandemic has long been over?
The service was great and that young gentleman Q was very nice in helping with what I needed. I would definitely go back to the McKinney car wash again.
When this car wash was owned by previous owner they emailed me a receipt. When I changed hands all of the sudden y’all were unable to email a monthly invoice. I have a company vehicle and my office requires a receipt each month. Now I have to come in and request a receipt!! Also previous owners required employees prewash cars before they entered wash now they just guide you in and let the wash do its thing. Wish the car wash would do a better cleaning job and dried better. It appears you have to go through more than once to get just a standard wash. The dryers don’t work that well. Cars still exit with too much water on them than before. Before it seemed to clean better and towels were provided but not now. For even the pristine wash is basic.

DO NOT USE They are SCAMMING people on the car wash price. I asked for a $16.00 and they have subsequently been charging my bank card for $40.00 for 2 months; February and March. The PHONE number answers that the messages are full and it cannot take anymore. I AM REPORTING AS A FRAUD to my bank and disputing all charges. I WILL TELL EVERYONE THAT IT IS A SCAM
