They are excellent they get back with you they take the time when you're on the phone with them not rushing you they are very nice and pleasant to talk to and they always follow up on everything make sure that you've turned in everything that you didn't turn in it only took me 556 months to get mine
All was good, only thing was, didn't talk to the lawyer until the night before the hearing(that was stressing me out a lot), but we talked for about 2 hrs and I was talking to my caseworker's all the time throughout the whole process. They were all very helpful and put a lot at ease. Was all good because I was prepared and doing research, but after talking to my lawyer, I was stressing more than I had to.
