Trajector medical is in the process of helping me with filing a claim with the VA, they have people assigned to your case that keeps you informed during the entire process. I feel they sincerely appreciate and respect each and every client that comes to them for help, As a veteran I feel these people want to help you to achieve what is owed to you from all the sacrifices you have made to your country. Highly recommend this company and will continue using this company to achieve my goals.

I received the Trajector site and information from an attorney friend and contacted them for information about the company and their process. They telephonically provided all the information I requested and then followed up with both text and email. From start to finish (a claim submitted to the VA) there was never a delay. Every action needed was preceded by a text or email explaining the procedure and a follow-up notification was provided on completion. This has been a quite an experience. Started in May 2021 with a 30% rating, made 40% a few months later, made 60% that October, 90% in Jan 2022, and somehow 100% in May 2022. I initially did go through the *** and the county VA assistance officer. Although they were very professional, all they could do was to help prepare the forms. They don't research, have access to your records or know the inside buzz words to highlight what's important. Could I have gone through more than 30 years of medical records by myself? No way. Trajectory Medical was referred to me by one of the veterans that I mentor. They far exceeded all the good things that he had to say about them. My experience has been great during a very hard time with reliving a few things that I'd rather not and previous rejection of obvious problems, they are caring and professional and I've referred them a couple of times already. I'm Still waiting on my 1st decision but I know Trajectory Medical has done their job.
