Great service. I would still be lost in the dark as I was for years until these folks turned the light on. They are always quick to respond and very respectful to the customer. These people know the path through the VA maze and will get you the ratings you have deserve. If only the Veterans Administration could do their part in a timely manner.

Was stuck for some years and trying on my own, until I was introduced to Trajector (formerly: Vet ************ In less than 6 months the needle jumped and the increase substantial. I would still be stuck without their valuable help. Totally awesome. I recommended them to **************** and they have all received increases in their Service Connected Disability Claims. I am very grateful to the team for assisting me with what I needed. Like other reviews mention, the process does take time and patience, but it is worth it. I live in a rural town where assistance to Veterans is not available. Trajector Medical helped me to understand and gave me the tools to accomplish what I couldn't do on my own.

I fell thru the cracks for a few years with them but, I must say, make sure you keep them updated on any paperwork the VA sends you. It was my fault for not sending them a copy of a decision letter the VA sent me. With Glee they have picked up my case again. **** have treated me with nothing but respect and kindness. On my own in 20 years I went from 20 to 40% But, I'always messed up some paperwork. They get it done right the first time!
