Kevin Ragsdale, Lead Behavioral Health Technician at Transformations, continuously ostracizes addicts and their primary social support system on national social media sites- His posts have been taken down, and hes been warned--yet he comes back month after month to post derogatory things about the very population he is being paid to administer mental health services to. I want to know how you tell an addict they have a full scholarship..do intake over the phone..then call them back and say they need 2k???? you are playing with a person's life!!!! a person whom so wants the help!!!

i had an emergency situation and was on the clients contact list and they refused for me to speak to him for a couple of minutes on the phone, even with a therapist present. i retired from a Florida correctional facility and that's how they treat their clients, like prisoners. I think the newspapers, the Attorney General and Governor DeSantis should be aware of what is happening, in this correctional transformation. FYI do not speak to a Matthew Kingrey, because he acts like he is the Warden of the Prison.

First the good.... Let me first start by saying I went to TTC for mental health issues only. I chose to do 60 days as 30 is DEF not a long enough time for anyone. As far as the staff and techs they were mostly compassionate, motivated, and genuine. I think they undersell the fact that you have some say in the classes you get to pick from. I am a veteran with anxiety, PTSD, and depression. I DID find a lot of common ground with those who have substance abuse issues as well as I learned a lot from them too. I would actually just like to get this out there, I came to transformations in 2014 and my parents spent 50k for me to come. Best experience of my life. I was sober until 2 years ago and have then sense tried to come back, with the offer if your relapse you can come back for free or little to no cost! Well I was told I wasn’t even in the system any longer. But we worked it out through insurance and about 3k. Went to fly out had a panic attack they asked me to deboard the flight. Okay sure.
