We had a wonderful experience with Transitions and as everyone knows, when you're in the situation to need this kind of care, you aren't even in the right mindset to know where to begin looking. Thankfully, we were recommended to them from Hendricks Regional Hospital and on behalf of my beloved grandfather, Max Daugherty, I know he would want me to take the time to review the care we experienced. The nurses and CNA's are so caring. You can tell they love their jobs of providing some peace and comfort to someone in their last days. Every employee is ready and willing to help even if it is not in the normal course of their position.💗💗
