Great service, great food. A must stop when in NYC!
Everything was good except for our seating arrangement. We had an early pre-theater reservation with party of 5 but were seated at a table for 4. The dining room was particularly empty when we arrived and it was absolutely unnecessary to give us such a small table. Had been dining at this restaurant for over 12 years and it was my to go restaurant before attending event at Carnegie Hall. Sadly I will be looking at new restaurant to dine for future Carnegie Hall events.
I have been here before and it is always a winner! Enjoy it!
Always a favorite when we come to NYC. Great food and service. Highly recommended and we will be back!
I attended a show nearby at the NYC Center and came across this restaurant on Google maps. I made reservations but that was unnecessary as there are plenty of tables! I appreciated that they didn’t have music playing and could have a great conversation with my companion Overall fantastic service - the food was served promptly and was delicious. I tried the margherita pizza and eggs Benedict - so good! Staff is very friendly and attentive - the cherry on top is when the manager came around twice and offered guests just baked ... read more
Service was excellent, but the Table was cramped and waiters kept running by us at close range. Food was inconsistent. Lasagna looked great but was way overdone. Halibut and 2 lobster ravioli was a tiny portion at high price but sauce was amazing. Carbonara reminded me of Italy. Desserts were fantastic.
I haven’t been to this restaurant in many years, I almost forgot it even existed until I went to an event at Carnegie Hall and we stopped in for drinks. We watched the food coming and going and it looked terrific so when we had theater tickets for Saturday night we decided to go. The service is impeccable, and the food is also really special. It’s a little pricey, but the food is absolutely delicious. I had the ravioli stuffed with burrata cheese and we split the short rib meatballs, they were fantastic. I highly recommend t... read more
we were visiting our son and his fiancé in NYC. NICE dinner and they brought us champagne after dinner to celebrate! Our service was outstanding.
We went for a vacation dinner. The service was spectacular!! They tried so hard to accommodate our food allergies. Unfortunately sensitivity to gluten and garlic is understandably difficult in an Italian restaurant. What we were able to get was prepared well and delicious. The atmosphere is contemporary and artistic. Lovely evening.
