Food is always top-notch and our waiter (Mitch) was on top of it all (excellent).
Welcoming as always. Benjamin may be New York’s best bartender/server. Confident to Carnegie Hall and the New York City Center.
Still a great meal, but not as great as I remember pre-pandemic.
The best part of this restaurant is the vegetable antipasto bar. While they list many of the items on the menu, you'll find there are lots more available just by looking at the spread on your way in. You could easily make a tasty dinner out of veggies (and the homemade sausage and peppers) but the pastas are great too!
It was quiet for a Friday lunch but very enjoyable.
Early dinner, first ones there ,but placed next to a staircase. Asked to be seated in a better location and was. Garlic bread was delicious but crust was burnt. Overall it was a good meal but the experience could have been better. Not our first time here.
I had only ever been for brunch. Dinner is more expensive but equally delicious. I had the eggplant parm and my friends had fish. Waiter was attentive and made sure we made our 7:30pm curtain at City Center. Also a great choice if you’re going to Carnegie Hall. Love the kooky decor.
Service was excellent! Staff was friendly. My husband got the veal scallopini with a side of pasta which was excellent. I got the branzino with spinach. The fish was dry almost seemed like it might’ve been frozen no seasoning no taste. The dessert was so good. We ordered the cannolis.
Food was amazing! We did get seated right on top of another couple, even though other tables were open.
