Delicious food as usual. But sadly poor service. Usually service here is as good as the fine food. So, we look forward to returning soon.
Excellent spot if you are staying in the UWS or UES of Manhattan. It was close to our apartment on 60th and because we were exhausted from 14hr days of taking in all the sites in this very vibrant city, we were glad that we could find this little gem within walking distance of our place. The food was fabulous and the ambiance great. Very noisy, so if you want a romantic dinner, this may not be the right place to go to. Our server was very attentive and even though the place was packed, we didn't have to wait long at all for ... read more
We have been going to Trattoria Dell'Arte for about 18-years and always have found it a great place to go with a group--good food, great service, lively atmosphere. Two out of three are still there. The food was excellent and the service was amazing. Every time I am in NY I have to eat here.
Wonderful for lunch. Lovely, accomodating staff and the food is top notch.
We never miss going here when we are in the city.
For many years, my wife and I love dining at Trattoria Dell'Arte each weekend we come to New York during the Opera Season. The Veal Chop Milanese is the very best I've found in the whole city; and the Margarita Pizza is just wonderful. Their menu has something for everyone to enjoy. The waiters are well trained, attentive and friendly. We are warmly welcomed when we arrive, almost like family! As a foodie from Washington, DC, I highly recommend this Italian heaven.
Needed a quick spot to dine with foodie girlfriends before show at Lincoln Center. The staff immediately sat us at a table of our choosing. The ambiance was terrific, and our server Joey was outstanding! He patiently answered our many questions about the various dishes and helped us make perfect selections. We had a variety of dishes - tuna, shrimp/lobster risotto, soft shell crab, and trout. Each was prepared exactly as we asked and was delicious. Joey was attentive; yet did not rush us, and we left in ample time for a leis... read more
