I dine with you often. Usually with my daughter when we have tickets for Carnegie Hall. My ratings are listed above. Table 107 is charming but quite cramped and all too reminiscent of a loft in 1800's Paris. If I were in my twenties and with a lovely young companion it might suit the bill. But since I was with my daughter I would have preferred more space over intimacy. In any case we were well taken care of and hope to return often. Happy holidays!
The best thing we had, was the bruschetta with goat cheese. Everything else was very average for the price. 
Food often good but also often inconsistent.Today the branzino was overcooked and flat.
Had the pizza with gluten free crust, and it was pretty yummy, as was the grilled asparagus. The wine is, as usual, overpriced, and the waiter was a little aggressive - plopped the desserts onto our table instead of asking whether we wanted any first... also crowded and a bit noisy for my taste. But not a bad option

Food was great! Pepperoni pizza with hot honey was a surprise fav! Had no problem moving the reservation (weekday evening for 2) and the wait staff was incredibly accommodating - a bit slow at times due to business of the restaurant but overall good experience.
Our waiter was wonderful!! He made the dining experience special.
From start to finish we had a wonderful dinner! We were greeted by Jeff, the Maitre D’, who was so welcoming and friendly. Despite being there during peak time, he gave personalized service to everyone who walked in whether it was their first time or they were a regular at the restaurant. Our server was top-notch and our meals were delicious! I would definitely recommend this restaurant and cannot wait to return again.
Always a must-go place whenever we are in New York. The menu is always solid and service is top-notch.
