She practices Trauma Informed Care as well as giving excellent care for hard to treat Pyschiatric conditions. After moving, I had been struggling to find an available & in-network psychiatrist for ages. When my insurance recommended Ani Behrouzi, I made an appointment with her & she is GREAT!! Ani is literally THE BEST! Aside from her being ridiculously kind, funny and personable, she is extremely knowledgeable and driven to help you get better. Ani at Trauma recovery psychiatry is so amazing, she does great work with trauma, anxiety and more. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a help getting on medication for trauma or anxiety symptoms… is so thorough and really cares for her patients. She’s conveniently located in Sacramento near Folsom.
