Travis was very through in explaining the loan process. We initially want to get a equity line of credit. However Travis told me that it wasn't the best way to go. He explained very effectively that a refinance was the best way to go. But I was set on the equity line of credit. So I told him thank you but not interested. The next day he not only sent me a text but also followed up with a phone call. Lets just say I realized that Travis was right. Travis is very through.
