Dr Grady is amazing. Her bedside manner and thorough evaluations brought us from our former pediatrician’s office to Treehouse. She is kind, funny, and watching her interact with my child made the appointment fun and enjoyable for both my son and I. The facility was clean with friendly staff and updated technology. We had minimal wait times as well. Very glad we made the decision to join the Treehouse community.
Our first appointment with Dr. Grady and her team went off without a hitch. We were only 5 days in as first time parents and were running a bit behind making sure we packed up car and baby for our first outing since the hospital. The front office staff was welcoming and understanding. We had almost no wait. After moving to a new city it is always hard to get established with a new primary care provider for our children. I heard good feedback about this practice and decided to give them a shot. The waitlist was a little long but was well worth it. Everyone in the practice does their part to sure that you receive all documents, referrals, and medication. The communication is IMPECCABLE. This clinic is ON THEIR GAME. Very pleased with this clinic and Dr. Grady. We will continue to use them in the future.
Our two boys love Dr. Unite! My husband and I do as well. He's the nicest and most caring doctor we've ever been to. He takes a genuine interest in our boys and our family. In this day and age, it's so common to feel rushed at a doctor's office, with the doctor only actually interacting with a patient for a couple minutes. We have not had that experience at Treehouse at all. All of the doctors we've interacted with have really made an effort to make sure that we feel that all our concerns are addressed. 1st Visit was very smooth. Staff is very proficient, professional and knowledgeable. But I would say our Physician Wade Travis was great. He made sure he explained everything that they need to do with my daughter. From every assessment to asking questions to answering to suggestion until next appointment. Felt relieved and secured about my baby.
