The staff at this location is so professional and caring I did not even get nervous once!!! Everything was explained in details from the moment I checked in at the front desk to the end after I came back to from the anesthesia! The nurses are very personable, understanding and takes pride in their role as care givers! Dr Martin did an amazing job explaining all, he was professional, caring and kind in his approach! My appointment with Dr. Martin went smoothly from making the appointment, registering once in the office and through the consultation. Each step was well coordinated. I did not have to wait long to see Dr. Martin. Dr. Martin is very thorough, very personable, takes into account your whole situation and explains everything in a very understandable way. I had a great experience.
Outstanding Doctor who I highly recommend! I’ve been going to DR Trent Martin 20+ years and have many Friends and Family who go to him. Colon Cancer is on my Mom and Dad’s side; I prefer to be proactive with recommended 5 year follow ups. 100% trust and am satisfied with Dr Martin and his Staff. I arrived early and was brought back to be seen in less than 5 minutes for my appointment! Dr Martin was very thorough and explained all clearly. IMPRESSIVE and very PROFESSIONAL.
Great experience. I had a little anxiety going into this procedure for the first time and the staff handled everything with great care and made me feel at ease. As far as the procedure, I don’t remember it, just waking up afterwards. Dr Martin advised me of the results and answered all my concerns and I even got a follow-up call the next day checking to make sure I had no issues Very professional staff…THANK YOU!!!
Dr Martin does a great job. Very good care team. From the minute you checkin, the care his team takes when you get wheeled imto the operating room. And hia very thourough informative visit after explaining everything he saw and did. 2nd great experience with them
