I had the pleasure of working with my agent Rob he was super helpful. It was one way to gather everything for them my approval, but Rob always kept me in the loop of the process and all worked out great I am super happy with the outcome he made it probably the easiest thing at have done explain everything along the way answer questions honestly and was patient the whole process? Within a day, I heard from Matt Kehler and he walked me through next steps. He was very communicative and helpful! It was a pleasure working with him. Fortunately, I was approved!! APR interest decreased and monthly payments also decreased!
