I had such a phenomenal experience with Ricardo at Tresl. I did the process online through Credit Karma. Ricardo was always so helpful. He answered all my questions and I had quite a few. He never made me feel like I was a burden or a bother to him during this process. He answered my emails in a timely fashion which was within 24 to 48 hours, not counting weekends.
