My experience was a little tedious but the fault was on my end missing 3 schedule appointments to notarize documents, but thanks to Marion Yoder who gave me different options and work with my busy schedule we got the refinance done and I’m very much appreciative to his time and patience.

Customer service and agent were very helpful and respectful. Turn around time was a bit long and communication was lacking in some areas (i.e. updates). Aside from that they got me a good deal on refinancing and it was an overall positive experience. Especially the online notary they provided. If you dont mind waiting a bit, it's a good company to use.
