The temp who showed me the property was awesome. They should hire her immediately and pay her well! You get nothing for the money, small, overpriced, no elevators, charge for everything not 1 incentive to make you want to live there.

John in the rental office deserves a gold star for excellent customer service. I must have called back a dozen times with additional questions about the property and the application process, and he was extremely courteous, patient, and knowledgable.

She was very helpful, but only had what I wanted on the third floor and I can’t do stairs due to a bad knee. She immediately recommended 2 other places I can try. She also will retain my name if a ground floor unit should open up.

This community was... (Verified Renter) This community was a perfect solution to our needs. We came to Florida looking for a temporary housing option while we found a permanent residence. We found a home sooner than we had anticipated so we had to move out sooner than we would have liked. We were very happy with the workout facility, pool, pet facility, Recycling options and more. The office staff was and continues to be excellent.
